Trigger the full sync only when you ask me first

If I am on a wifi, from time to time, eWay-CRM Mobile triggers the full sync without asking. But it takes long and eWay-CRM Mobile is stuck for that period of time.
It would be nice if eWay-CRM Mobile can ask me first if the full sync may be triggered.
